CHLORAMPHENICOL GLUCOSE YEAST EXTRACT AGAR (C.G.Y.E. AGAR) è un terreno selettivo per l’isolamento e l’enumerazione di lieviti e muffe nel latte e nei prodotti a base di latte, ai sensi delle Norme ISO 6611:2004 (IDF 94:2004) e BIS IS 5403:1999 (R2005).
