Description
The Pancreatic Digested Casein, often known as Peptone of Casein, is a product obtained by the digestion of pancreatic casein of the milk. This product is used in the preparation of culture media for bacteriology, thanks to its perfect solubility in water and the high concentration of nitrogen and nutrients, which are fundamental to the growth of the microorganisms, in culture media formulated.
