Description

Beef Extract Powder is an extract of lean meat selected, purified and dried in the form of powder.

Used in the preparation of culture media together with other ingredients such as various peptones at a concentration of 0.3% to 0.5%, provides clear solutions that does not require filtration. It can enter in the preparation of media for general use, such as Nutrient Agar and Broth, or differentials media, such as C.L.E.D., T.S.I. and others.
