Description

W.L. NUTRIENT AGAR is a medium used for the determination of yeasts and bacteria in brewing industry. W.L. nutrient agar formulation is in according to Gray e Green formula. 

Cicloeximide Selective Supplement (76.322) can be add to make selective the medium (yeasts inhibited). Also pH condiction can be rise it promotes the growth of yeasts by distillation, thus differentiating by natural yeasts.
