Description

Urea Broth medium is used for Enterobacteriaceae differentiation, based on the property of producing urease enzymes. Urea Broth is recommended for Salmonella and Shigella (lactose - and urease -) detection from clinical specimens.

Add to the basic medium the supplement Urea 40% Solution (Cod. 76.150)
