Urea Agar Base, according to Christiansen formula, is recommended by (ISO 6579 e R. ISTISAN 96/35 / ISO 6785-FIL IDF 93:2001) for the cultivation of Salmonella spp. (Urease -) form food specimens.
Add to the basic medium the solution Urea al 40% (76.150)
