Description

Tryptone water medium is formulated according to UNI EN ISO 7251 standard methods. It is recommended in E. Coli identification test, due to the indole production. This test is important in Enterobacteriaceae differentiation and it allows the differentiation of Escherichia coli (indole +) to Klebsiella-Enterobacter-Hafnia-Serratia (indole -).
