Description

Il TSYE Agar is a commonly used medium that allows the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms.

The formulation is in accordance with UNI EN ISO 11290 standard, for the isolation of Listeria monocytogenes typical colonies, for confirmatory tests. The Yeast Extract and the peptones provide nitrogen, mineral vitamins and essential amino acids for growth. Glucose is fermentable carbohydrate (source of energy), dipotassium phosphate as a buffer system.
