Description

T.S.I. (Triple Sugar Iron Agar) is a diferential medium used for the presumptive identification of Enterobacteriaceae and for the presumptive confirmation test for Salmonella according to UNI EN ISO 6579 (food) and UNI EN ISO 19250 (waters). T.S.I. formula is very similar to Kligler Iron Agar, except the sucrose addiction.
