Description

Saboraud Dextrose broth can be used for the isolation and identification of pathogenic and saprophytic fungi. The selective properties of this medium are made by the very low pH and high glucose concentration. Sabouraud Dextrose Broth is used for the determination of fungistatic activity in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and cosmetic products.

Sabouraud Dextrose Broth Microbiol is in according with United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (EU), and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP).
