Description

Mueller Kauffmann Broth is a medium idicated for the selective enrichment in the search of Salmonella in food and waste water through membrane filtration method. 

  • O.M. 11/10/78 for the Salmonella enrichment in food samples such as milk, ice cream and pasteurized egg products
  • ISO 6785 / IDF 093:2001 to search for Salmonella in milk and derivatives.
  • R. ISTISAN 96/35 to search for Salmonella in milk and derivatives and fresh eggs

Add to the medium Iodine-Iodide Solution (Cod. 76.212) and Brilliant Green Solution to 0,1%.
