Description

Middlebrook 7H9 Broth is a medium recommended for the isolation, cultivation and sensitivity test of mycobacteria, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The medium, enriched with several growth factors, favors the development of these fastidious microorganisms.

Must be added to the basic medium the supplements Tween 80 (cod.76.080)  e Middlebrook ADC (cod.76.131)
