Description

Faecal Coliform Agar Membrane Filter is prepared according to the formula of Geldreich e Coll., complying with the requirements indicated by APAT CNR IRSA Manuals and Guidelines n.29 of 2003. Analytical Methods for Water – Met. 7020 B. The medium is selective for the isolation, cultivation and enumeration of faecal coliforms with the membrane filtration technique.
