Description

LISTERIA PALCAM AGAR BASE is based on the formulation of Van Netten and coll. and is recommended by UNI EN ISO 11290-1 and UNI EN ISO 11290-2 standards, ISTISAN 96/35 methods and AFNOR (V08-55) methods, for the research of Listeria monocytogenes in foods.

The medium is particularly suitable for the identification of Listeria in specimens with high concentration of microbial accessory flora, such as non-pasteurized milk samples and/or derivatives.

Must be added to the medium the supplement Listeria Palcam Selective Supplement (Cod. 76.142).
