Description

Lactose TTC Agar with Tergitol 7 is a selective and differential medium used for the detection of E-Coli and Coliform spp. in food and water samples (membrane filters technique). The medium is prepared according to UNI EN ISO 9308-1:2002 and AFNOR-NF 90-414 (1985) standards, the type of membrane used affects medium performance. Best results are obtained using cellulose nitrate membranes.

After sterilization, add  50 ml/l di TTC Supplement 0.05% (Cod. 76.500).
