Description

IRON SULFITE AGAR, formulated in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 15213-1:2023 standard, is indicated for the detection of Clostridium spp. sulphite-reducers, in food (food, pet food, feed, environmental samples and samples from the production phase primary.), with colony count technique (cfu) on plate. In fact, the Standard eliminates the previous tube seeding technique. The method is not applicable for the enumeration of thermophilic sulphite-reducing species.
