SELENITE CYSTINE MEDIUM (SC) is a selective enrichment medium, based on Leifson formulation, recommended by the standardized method ISO 6579-1:2017/Amd.1:2020 (ANNEX D), for the isolation and cultivation of Salmonella sp. from feces and/or food products.
