Description

PEPTONE WATER BUFFERED pH 7.0 is used in the preparation of samples to dissolve or dilute water soluble products (dilution 1:10), products insoluble in water (dilution 1:10). For samples with a fat matrix, it is necessary to use a sterile surfactant such as Tween 80 (Cod. 76.080).
