EGG YOLK EMULSION 20% is a sterile stabilized egg yolk emulsion, formulated and prepared in accordance with ISO 7932 - ISO 21871 and R. ISTISAN 96/35 standards, for the preparation of MYP Agar and/or PEMBA Agar media for the identification of Bacillus cereus species based on their lecytinase activity.
