Mycoplasma Agar with the addition of General Mycoplasma Supplement, becomes a selective medium for the isolation and cultivation of mycoplasmi from pathologic material. Mycoplasma homonis and ureaplasma urealyticum are responsible for infections of the urogenital tract, urethritis, salpingitis, infertility, premature birth.
