Description
MALONATE BROTH, whose formula corresponds to Leifson (1933) and subsequently modified by Edwards and Ewing, is a medium used for the differentiation of the Enterobacteriaceae. The proof of the malonate is indicated by the methods: ISO/TR 6579-3:2014 biochemical test for differentiation of the subspecies of salmonella, US-FDA on food matrices and cosmetics.
