Description
The analysis of the correct hygienic conditions of the environments and work equipment involved in the production or handling of food products is a fundamental fulfilment. Each working environment must be constantly monitored and controlled in order to guarantee a correct sanitary condition, according to the regulations for food self-control and HACCP.
