TRIPTONE SOY BROTH MODIFIED (M-TSB) with Novobiocin is a medium in accordance with the formulation indicated by ISO 16654 standard for the preparation of the stock solution and for the selective enrichment in search and isolation of Escherichia coli in food. The medium is suitable for the search for E.coli O157 from clinical materials (faeces).
