Description

HP TRANSPORT MEDIUM is a specific transport medium for Helicobacter pylori: the nutritional factors allow the survival and recovery of the stressed and/or damaged microorganisms, while the selective components limit the development of mixed flora, possibly present in the sample, ensuring maximum recovery in the tests of isolation and microbiological identification.

The medium allows easy transfer of the sample to the laboratory, as it maintains the vitality of the Helicobacter pylori for more than 24 hours at room temperature.

The broth, due to its characteristics, can be used as enrichment broth and for the preservation of the strains for the quality control of the culture media.
