Description
STANDARD NUTRIENT AGAR I is a non selective medium used for the cultivation and enumeration of fastidious bacteria. The medium is also used as a high quality base for the production of special cultivation media; for example, the addition of blood or serum makes it suitable for the cultivation of streptococci and pneumococci.
