Description

The 2-3-5 - triphenyltetrazolyl chloride is a colorless substance in the oxidized form and becomes red-insoluble triphenylformazone when is reduced by some bacterial species.

TTC supplemente solution 0.05% must be added to TTC Agar with Tergitol 7.
