Description

Linearcount 3 Aero Micro allows to simplify the execution of methods which involve the use of considerable work spaces and materials. In fact, the support consists of 3 wells with different media; one of which (well 1) is intended to isolation aerobically, while the other two (wells 2 and 3) are used for the isolation under aerobic, microaerobic or anaerobic conditions, depending on the micro-organism.

Linearcount 3 media kit contains:

• Salmonella Detection Agar (for the presumptive identification of all types of Salmonella, and it also allows to distinguish othe types of enterobacteriacea, possibly present)
• Yersinia Selective Agar (CIN) (for the isolation of Yersinia enterocolita from clinical samples, according to Shiemann's formula)
• Campylobacter Karmali Agar (for the isolation and cultivation of Campylobacter species, in particular of Campylobacter jejuni e Campylobacter coli from clinical samples)
