Description

AZIDE DEXTROSE BROTH (ROTHE formulation) is a selective medium for the isolation of faecal Streptococcus on foods and waters, using the MPN (most probable number). 

Its formula in the form required by WHO and APHA is also recommended by Mallmann and Seligmann for the quantitative determination of enterococci in water, foods and other materials suscetible to contamination with waste water.
