Description

OGYE (Oxytetracycline Glucose Yeast Extract) Agar is used for the selective isolation of yeasts and molds in food products, according to ( R. ISTISAN 96/35_ Met.2).

OGYE Agar Base + Oxytetracycline Supplement (76.025) + Gentamicin Supplement (76.099), this is optimal for high-protein foods, where is suspected an high contamination of gram negative bacteria.
