Description

Listeria Fraser Broth Half Concentration is prepared according to the formulation described by Fraser. The medium is recommended for the primary and secondary enrichment of Listeria in food-stuffs by ISO 11290 and for the determination of listeria in foods by ISTISAN 96/35 reports.
