Description

Fermentation Broth Base is a growing medium used in carboidrate fermentation tests of Listeria Monocytogenes. Fermentation broth is recommended by UNI EN ISO 11290-1 standards, UNI EN ISO 11290-2 standards and ISTISAN 96/35 (met. 19 e 20).

• For Rhamnose fermentation tests add 10 ml of L-RHAMNOSE SOLUTION (Cod. 18.0027)
• For Xilose fermentation tests add 10 ml of D-XYLOSE SOLUTION (Cod. 18.0029)
