Description
E.M.B. LEVINE AGAR, based on Levine formula is recommended by ICMSF and APHA for coliforms confermation tests on foods and dairy products. It allows a perfect differentiation of E.Coli from Enterobacter Aerogenes.
E.M.B. Levine Agar can also be used for the identification of Candida albicans from pathological material.
