Description

MRS Broth medium is formulated according to De Man, Rogosa and Share formula and is a selective medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Lactobacillus sp. from clinical samples, food and dairy products, in accordance with ISO 15214 standard. In addition, the medium allows the development of those Lactobacilli difficult to cultivate in other culture media. 

Unlike to M.R.S. (Cod. 70.122) in this formulation the supplement tween 80 is included in the formula.
