Description

Tryptone Soy Agar is a highly nutrient medium, recommended for the cultivation of bacteria according to the Pharmacopoeia (EP-USP-JP) and standardized methods (ISO-ISTISAN-APAT). The two peptones described in the formula allow the growth of several fastidious microorganisms, such as Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Neisseriae, Brucella, Candida and aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms.

TRYPTONE SOY AGAR PH 7,2 ±0,1( Cod 70.857- Cod. 14.0716V – Cod. 18.0221) complies with the requirements of official analytical methods: ISO 9308-1 ISTISAN 07/5 – Metodi APAT CNR IRSA for the isolation of the colonies (pure culture preparation) to be submitted to confirmatory tests.
