Description

BAT BROTH medium is formulated according to Met. n.12 IFU. It's recommended for the cultivation and enrichment of Alicyclobacillus Spp. (A. acidocaldarius, A pomorum, A. herbarius, A. acidoterrestris), from food samples. The low pH of this medium is a selective factor.
