Description
LEB (Listeria Enrichement Broth) according to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is used as selective enrichment for Listeria in milk, dairy products, poultry and different food specimens. The medium was formulated by Lovett et al. in 1985 for the selective enrichment of listeria monocytogenes from samples of raw milk and pasteurized milk.
Add to the basic medium the supplement Listeria Enrichment Supp. LEB (Cod. 76.530).
