Description

EE Broth (Mossel) is a medium of selective pre-enrichment for the isolation of enterobacteriaceae from foodstuffs subjected to sterilizing heat treatments, with the MPN method. The medium is prepared according to the original Mossel's formula and the indications of the European Pharmacopoeia, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 21528-1 standards e AFNOR NF V08-039-1.
