Description

Glucose Purple Agar is recommended by UNI EN ISO 21528-1 and 2 for Enterobatteriaceae confirmation test and ISO/TS 11059:2009 for Pseudomonas spp tests. The medium shows glucose fermentation with the development of a yellow coloration of the medium, determined by the color change of the indicator (Bromocresol purple).
