Description

Campy Plus Selective Agar is a selective chromogenic medium that allows the revitalization and recovery of damaged campylobacter microorganisms in foods and faeces. The presence of growth factors in the Campy Plus Selective Agar promotes the development of Campylobacter species. The selective supplement inhibits the growth of contaminating flora, while the chromogenic mixture allows rapid detection of suspected colonies that appear red on a yellow background (typical color of the medium).
