Description

BUTI medium is formuled in accord with the regulation ISO/TS 27265 for detection of sporigens anaerobic bacteria in milk, with the MPN method. Buti medium is paticularly suitable for detection of Clostridium butyricum e Clostridium tyrobutyricum.
