Brilliant Green Bile Broth 2% MUG is a selective nedium, recommended by APHA, for the determination and confirmation of Coliform bacteria in drinking water and waste water, in milk and dairy products. The presence of MUG helps to detect the presence of E.coli through the formation of a fluorescent coloring whitish.
