Description

The linearcount 3 coproculture diagnostic kit allows the cultivation and isolation in a single support of Salmonella and Shigella (under aerobic conditions) and Campylobacter (in microaerobic conditions).

Linearcount 3 media kit contains:

• Agar S.S (recommended by APHA for the isolation of Salmonella and Shigella from stool samples, urine and food)
• Hektoen Enteric Agar (Selective medium for the isolation and cultivation of enteric gram-negative micro-organisms, Salmonella and Shigella)
• Campylobacter Karmali Agar (for the isolation and cultivation of Campylobacter species, in particular of Campylobacter jejuni e Campylobacter coli from clinical specimens)
