Description

The diagnostic kit Linearcount 3 coproculture allows the cultivation and isolation of Salmonella (chromogenic medium), shigella (under aerobic conditions) and Campylobacter (in microaerobic conditions).

Linearcount 3 media kit contains:

• Salmonella Detection Agar (recommended for presumptive identification of all types of Salmonella)
• Hektoen Enteric Agar (Selective medium for the isolation and cultivation of enteric gram-negative micro-organisms, Salmonella and Shigella)
• Campylobacter Karmali Agar (selective medium for the isolation and cultivation of Campylobacter species; in particular, Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli)
