Description
The Blood Agar Base N2 has a nutritional composition to allow a more lush growth of demanding pathogenic microorganisms, such as streptococci and pneumococci, Campylobacter spp.
The Blood Agar Base N2 with a defibrinated horse blood supplement, allows you to isolate hemophils from the remaining contaminant flora.
The medium is indicated by the R. Istisan 96/35 USDA/FDA methods - MLG 8.10: 2017 for differential tests and/or in bacterial identification confirmation tests.
