m-Tryptone Bile X-Glucuronide (TBX) Medium is used for the cromogenic highlight of E. Coli in microbiological water analysis and foods.

The formulation of the media complies with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO standards and of the official methods APAT CNR IRSA Man 29/2003, R.ISTISAN 07/5, AOAC, APHA and the ARPAT guidelines for the isolation and counting of bacteria in water, with the membrane filter technique.
