Description
Bacillus Cereus (MYP) Agar Base is a highly selective medium for the isolation, diagnosis and determination of B. cereus in food and / or environmental samples from the food industry. The formulation according to Mossel complies with the requirements of the ISO 7932 standard and the methods reported in the ISTISAN 96/35 Reports. The medium is indicated by the ISO 21871 standard (MPN technique), for the confirmation tests of B. cereus in food.
The medium must be supplemented at 50 ° C with:
