Descrizione
BISMUTH SULPHITE AGAR (BS) è un terreno altamente selettivo, per la ricerca e l'isolamento di Salmonella enterica sub enterica sierotipi Typhi e Paratyphi A e B e altre Salmonelle da matrici fortemente contaminate, come campioni clinici (feci), acque e/o alimenti. Formulato da Wilson e Blair , il terreno è in accordo con le Norme UNI EN ISO 6579-1:2017 (ANNEX D), FDA - CHAPTER 5- SALMONELLA, APHA, USP, AOAC.
